Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your PokeGuess account and the data associated with it.

What gets deleted

• Your account (Google Sign-In link, email, user ID) on our Supabase backend.
• All cloud-synced game progress associated with your account (captured Pokémon, scores, trophies, eggs, settings).

What is not affected

• Data stored locally on your device — uninstall the App or clear its storage in your device settings to remove it.
• Purchase records held by Google Play or Apple App Store (we do not control these). Contact them directly for purchase-history removal.
• Anonymous ad logs retained by Google AdMob — see Google's privacy policy.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to pokeguess@hotmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
2. Send it from the email address linked to your PokeGuess account so we can verify ownership.
3. You will receive a confirmation reply within 7 days.
4. Your account and all associated cloud data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the request.
